I like melees products but I don’t like that they don’t honor returns for failed devices after it’s only been a month after purchase. I had purchased 6 of their 2 gram disposables of which 2 completely failed, completely dead and full with 2 grams of oil. I buy multiple disposables at a time so that I don’t have to purchase from them every month. It’s not fair that they are prone to failing after only one month of having them and then there’s nothing Melees team can do about it. So I get to keep 2 dead disposables full of oil (4 grams to be exact) that will most likely have to go in the trash. Ive Been a customer for a long time. Hope they can resolve this issue soon. No amount of blowing or charging fixed the disposable by the way. So if you purchase disposables from them, you better finish everything you buy in a month. The oil is very decent and does the job. But damn it sucks when they die and full of oil. Money wasted.
